Max-the-rabbitything Scores Another Gold Star!

Hello, everyone! Though I plan to post a new pattern soon, today's post here at Dork Stitch is dedicated to the work of Deviant Art's Max-the-rabbitything, who has completed another of the Lucky Star patterns previously posted here! This time, the character in question is Tsukasa, who has been stitched with more satin floss than I can imagine using in one project without ripping my hair out, leading me to think that Max-the-rabbitything deserves extra kudos for the pattern's completion. Even disregarding the shiny parts of the project, however, which is difficult for me to do, Tsukasa looks very nice on her black Aida cloth and ought to look nice next to his previously completed Kagami!

In order to view a higher-resolution image of this stitching or, if you are a fellow deviant art member, comment and favorite on the work, visit Tsukasa's permanent home at http://max-the-rabbitything.deviantart.com/art/Tsukasa-Cross-Stitch-138965902

As readers of this blog know, a new finished work means a new gold star for its stitcher, so without further ado, here is the third official Dork Stitch Gold Star, awarded to Max-the-rabbitything for his outstanding work. This one is a bit over the top, maybe, but it's really cloudy and boring looking outside today, so it seemed like something exciting was in order. Paint Shop Pro sunburst effect GO!

Anyway, that's all I've got for today, but I'll be back soon with more patterns and finished projects and all of the stuff Dork Stitch has become marginally known for. I hope that all of you have good weekends and would like to wish Will an early happy birthday!
