The Academy Award Nominees Have Finally Been Stitched!

Hello! I currently don't have much to say, but I'm really excited about having finally finished my Academy Award nominee sprite cross stitches, so here are some photos of them! First of all, here are my ten cross stitched nominees in the leading categories. Conveniently enough, the winners- Jennifer Lawrence and Daniel Day Lewis- are in the front of their rows. The actresses are on the top row, and the actors are on the bottom row.
The next photo that I have for you guys features the nominees in the supporting categories! The top row features the nominees for Best Supporting Actor, minus Alan Arkin and plus Sally Field, since the Mary Todd Lincoln dress required some extra space that her own category wouldn't allow. However, the row before it has all of the nominees for Best Supporting Actress except for Sally Field, with Alan Arkin having joined them. The reasons for this are mysterious indeed.
When I finished this project, I felt a brief sense of accomplishment, but, after that, I laid out all the other standees that I still need to cut out and felt slightly less like I'd gotten something done. Adding 20 more cross stitches to the pile depicted in this incredibly blurry photo does not seem like a step in the right direction for me. However, it will be really nice when I get all of them cut out, even though by then, I'll probably have made several dozen more of these!
The next time that I post, I will actually have new pattern stuff, so you guys can sort of look forward to that. I can't guarantee that anyone else will care about the patterns, but they will be here! Until then, have a nice week, and good luck with your craft stuff!
